At Black Abaya, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or you experience another issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or signs of wear
- Returned with its original tags and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details along with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within the return period, subject to availability.
Any delivery charges associated with a size exchange may be the customer’s responsibility unless the incorrect item was sent by Black Abaya.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the appropriate available method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging may not be accepted.
Certain sale, clearance, customized, or made-to-order products may also be non-returnable where this is clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
